Trustpilot calculated Arredatutto's score 4.0. The latest review – Ordered 2 ovens on the 29th of Jan 2020. Paid for the items. Emailed numerous times without any response. Logged in online and the status says in process. They have however emailed me saying there are still some items in your basket ( a gas hob I liked which haven’t purchased ) and they were reminding me incase I still wanted to purchase. I replied to this saying I’m still waiting on the 2 ovens and a response from somebody. Any response would have been great. Instead I’m now in contact with the credit card insurance so I can get a full refund. I’m aware many shops are now closed but my emails were sent at the beginning and end of feb and absolutely no one has had the decency to reply but can email me asking to pay for other items I was interested in. Very poor after sales customer service. Avoid !! Further to your response, I understood about covid and like I said this was ordered a long time before we were in this crisis. Your company were sending me emails about a different item I had left in basket but couldn’t respond to my numerous queries about the ovens. So sending a message reply like this and making up email responses , I’ve tried phoning numerous times but the line hasn’t answered for months. I’m not the only one who has had the same issue as there are numerous other people who have had the same issue with after sales and there has been a mention of bullying behaviour when people have responded! I’m fully aware of the current situation as I’m a front line NHS nurse . But like I’ve said I’ve had no response or indication or delivery since January. I’ve left a review and managed to get a response within a day . Like I said some form of indication as to when the items were being delivered , back in January would have been appreciated. We are building a house and there are lots of orders on hold from other companies who have contacted me and I 100 % understand with what’s going on in the world. Please don’t use the current situation to justify your lack of response back in January The T-shirt off Amazon seems to be a regular reply you use. YOU HAVE NOT RESPONDED! And you definitely haven’t assisted me in any way to find out when this quality product is being delivered. The credit card company have full thread of emails I have sent with no response. I wasn’t expecting abuse from your company I wrote on here to warn other people not to use yourselves. Your intimidating replies are proof that other negative reviews are absolutely right. The dates and times of your email contact list have been made up and are not true. You clearly know who I am and what my order number is then? But you’ve commented saying I’m writing a negative review without providing order number? Doesn’t make sense and this is clearly proof you are lying! Please send all threads of emails you have sent to me dating back to the first one in January ! I will not be replying on here again. I will be getting a refund!.
