Trustpilot calculated Florists.com's score 1.0. The latest review – I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my mother for Mother's Day. I ordered it a week and a half prior to Mother's Day and arranged to have it delivered two days early, just in case there were issues. $73, I was provided a tracking number showing my arrangement leaving NY exactly 7 days prior to Mother's Day and 5 days prior to delivery to GA. For some reason, my order was routed through Missouri, but whatever. I checked tracking on the Friday it was to be delivered, and it stated out for delivery. No delivery. I called the next morning and I was informed that it now would be delivered the following Monday, which was unacceptable to me. I was put on hold and was guaranteed delivery by 8pm that evening. Still no delivery, and now fedex shows no available delivery date. I called yet again and demanded a refund, I was told it was again guaranteed to be delivered by the end of the day (now Mother's Day) and that they could not give me a refund until after it was delivered. There is no way after 7 days on a truck in the south, that this arrangement is going to be in any kind of beautiful shape, and likely will be dead. I will never order from florists.com again, and have no faith that this will be delivered today as promised for the 3rd day in a row. Their service is ridiculous, and this has ruined Mother's Day for my 70-year-old mother..
