Ordered a few bits took around a week to arrive. Sent back some trainers that didn’t fit and said they had been received at jd warehouse on the 2nd may. Now 20th of may still not had the refund.I brought some short and then after a few times of wearing them the label started to fall of. Contact them on Monday and still had no response from them. Just through they might have been quicker.I ordered some new Nike air max well my son did and they pretty much came next day delivery via dpd thank you so much. ?. I placed an order on the 2nd April and i got an email saying that it was delivered on the 14th April. Which was a complete lie. Hermes either stole or lost my package! Iv been emailing them everyday since. They told me to fill out a declaration form and i will get a result within 10 days. I sent that form out on the 15th april. I still havent gotten an answer its been 33 days from when the form has been sent... its now been 46 days since i placed an order and they cant be bothered to deal with the problem. They keep telling me you will get a decision within 72 hours From the managers ect. They keep pushing me around like im some kind of toy. All i want is a refund. It has been way past 28 days which a company has to do their investigation. Its way past that and now they have breached their contract. Its the retailers responsibility to make sure the package arrives to you. Clearly not. I will be contacting trading standards as this is not right and not fair. No one seems to reply to their emails but love to reply to their poor reviews. If you cant trade in a standard that is fair then you should stop trading. I hope everyone reading this will take my advice and not order from these fools. *update* How am i getting a reply on here and not to my emails!! How long does it take you to deal with it?
