Trustpilot calculated Lacoste US's score 1.7. The latest review – Lacoste customer service SUCKS big time. I am in Canada. I ordered 2 polo shirts May 5-they didn't fit. I send them back the same day from Toronto to Montreal and am still waiting for a $250.00 return from Lacoste. I called their customer service -they have a voice saying email and ichat are available-Not. You will NEVER get on ichat and they don't answer any of your emails. 3 days ago I spend over 2 hours waiting for a customer service rep only to get disconnected EVERY SINGLE TIME I called. I finally got through the next day and they tell me they haven't received the package. There was also a baby crying loudly in the background and she put me on hold for about 5 minutes. What the hell is going on with Lacoste? Not professional. I called back today and same thing-you wait online 15-20 minutes then get disconnected. Covic or no Covic, it shouldn't take 3 weeks for a first class parcel with a tracking number from Toronto to Montreal to arrive. I am also waiting for a 20.00 price adjustment I was supposed to get up to 3 business days-a week later I am still waiting for the credit. Never again will I order from them online..
