I’ve ordered a lot off this site and it all came perfect and exactly like the pictures. It all came true to size and I loved them..Bought my daughter an oversized coat. Very pretty and as picture. Size great. But very cheaply made, no lining, and so thin! I wouldnt say it was a coat at all! More of a thin cardigan! Not worth the £30 paid thats for sure.So happy with plt , I asked they delivered they sorted a problem so quickly and gave me my refund for my next day delivery that didn’t come next day which wasn’t pretty little things fault it was the delivery company- very impressed with plt. For starters, I didn't realise I was ordering from the UK, as they have an Australian website - I thought it was all going to happen locally (and therefore, quickly). My problem was resolved in the end, but it seems that from Australia, the delivery and returns process is painfully slow. My order was delivered several weeks beyond the expected date, and the tracking was not being updated along the way. When I went to return items, the returns portal wouldn't recognise my order number. Thankfully, I was able to send the items by regular post, and the PLT staff refunded the postage difference for me. My parcel was delivered promptly to the Australian returns address, but no refund came. I waited three weeks before I could even start the investigation process. I was in contact with staff throughout this time and they couldn't do anything until 22 days had elapsed. Fair enough this is apparently stated on the website, but it is a painful wait when you've returned goods worth upward of $350, and Afterpay continue to take payments on things you've returned. Today, the day finally arrived when I could get back in touch with customer service. They processed my refund immediately. Staff doing the right thing, but systemic and logistical issues within this company make it painfully slow and stressful. I probably wouldn't shop here again..
