The latest review – I bought the Plyometric Adjustable Jump Box and was very disappointed with the quality,at its full height the legs were so unstable that to use it would be very dangerous and had potential to cause serious injury. I emailed them and sent a video clip showing just how unstable it was,they agreed it was indeed unstable and could I not use it on the lowest setting,kind of defeats the purpose of buying an adjustable jump box! I returned the item and received a refund but they dug their heels in and point blank refused to refund the return postage,it was a heavy item so wasn't cheap and I felt so let down,they admitted it was unstable,I told them it was unfit for the purpose it was built for but still they entered into a tit for tat email correspondence and for this I felt compelled to write a review. The days of the customer is always right are apparently gone! Update-today, 3years after my review, yes 3 years, I receive an email from trustpilot saying that proform want more details so they can verify my complaint! Unbelievable, if you can’t do a simple search on your database you are even worse that I thought,your customer service has just dipped to an all time low, quick response guys, you didnt even get my name right..
