I had ordered the same style shorts the year before, Pre-a sailing trip and so felt comfortable in ordering the size. The blue pair fitted correctly as before, the beige pair were way too tight. Both were the same size 34 ins waist and style/ number etc; just a different colour. I questioned this with Musto, when I sent one pair back. I had purchased both on reply to a Musto Promo email of their ‘sale’. Musto’s answer was that I could not have a replacement pair to try and the sale was off. They did offer a discount on my next purchase, but this did not equate to the same deal. My irritation is this how much of their range is not to a standard size. And if this is common how many times do I need to order and send back products of clothing? I am not happy with the customer service response. A very poor outcome for what I believed until lately was a top British supplier. I felt brushed off at best. I have Musto sailing kit from 1992 so I’m not a ‘fly by night’ customer.. There are 6 excellent reviews. 4 of customers rate great. But there are almost 17 of people rate bad.
