The latest review from Trustpilot - Stayed at Dawlish Sands caravan park in September 2019, the condition of the caravan was shocking, the list is endless, marked toilet seat, thick dirt in every corner of the caravan, broken cupboard door, broken coffee table and the worst looking radiator I have ever seen, when a complaint was made the caravan park seemed to think that the offer of a full clean or moving caravans was enough and complaint over......My impression is you shouldn't have to walk into your caravan and be discussed with the condition and you shouldn't have to wait for it to be cleaned or have to pack and unpack again some where else, complaint is being taken further..
