Bought tomorrowland ticket via viagogo, no issue or problems. Really easy to use..Well I thought this company was very helpful after tickets for sister act were cancelled. After a few emails to them they phoned me and told me the tickets are valid for next year.. they were very helpful on phone ..?.Everything I read was bad. Took a chance anyway. Couldn’t have been more wrong. Tickets were great and communication was awesome. I trust viagogo they treated me well. Went to the Jason Aldean concert last night. Viagogo has a customer in me. The tickets were delivered electronically directly with the right names. The event was canceled due to bad weather. The money was quickly refunded automatically. Sad that the event was canceled but great experience about all handling of viagogo. This is the second time I have used viagogo and had a great experience both times.. There are 9179 excellent reviews. 2246 of customers rate great. But there are almost 4105 of people rate bad.
