Today was my anniversary and in preparation of this, my girlfriend and I placed some orders (3) on April 5th through their website. We had some difficulties processing payment through their site but one went through on our American Express. Our Visa cards kept getting blocked. So I called the Company to ask what we should do. They advised that it was probably a banking issue and if we paid through PayPal it wouldn't be an issue. So that is what we did. We left the American Express order and paid the other 2 through PayPal. We received 1 of the PayPal orders this morning and started looking into where the other 2 orders were. So we called them to enquire. Turns out all of the orders had been flagged for fraud protection. They had sent us an email on the 5th to confirm everything, saying we had 10 days to get back to them. Then on April 9th (4 days after) they simply made the decision to cancel 2 out of the 3 orders but had already shipped 1 of them.... (and of course, all three order were paid for and BOTH PayPal orders were from the same account). She could also see in her notes that I had called the company on the 5th . She said because Paypal had its own verification process that is why it was processed however, could not explain why the 2nd paypal account wasn't processed. If this was for my protection, why would 1 of the 3 orders have been processed?!? Needless to say, unbelievably unimpressed with this company. Now I have to call the bank to have that money released from the cancelled yet processed orders. Makes absolutely no sense and their representatives were of absolutely no help. Did not offer to do ANYTHING to resolve the situation; and I mean that. Like not even offering to confirm the orders and send them. This is why I will always prefer to actually go into a physical store to purchase product.. There are 0 excellent reviews. 0 of customers rate great. But there are almost 3 of people rate bad.
