Trustpilot calculated LilySilk's score 4.6. The latest review – The company website categorically states that for UK orders there is a two day processing period followed by two days for delivery. I ordered several items on 13 February with payment immediately taken so naturally expected delivery within the advertised time frame.
After I contacted them to clarify where my order was, I was informed it might be despatched sometime during March. Wholly inappropriate as nowhere does the website, email confirmations etc state that you must wait weeks/months rather than days for an order to be fulfilled.
I have had to cancel the order and will have to attempt to buy elsewhere; hopefully the refund will be made as promptly as the company readily took the funds.
UPDATE: Just to confirm that, as indicated by the company below, the refund was promptly actioned..
