Got these for Mothera Day. Strawberries are sour and we’re suppose to have chocolate chips. I guess 2 chips count for something? Lol. Not worth the money..I received the gift from my grandson and granddaughter today. The packaging and presentation was perfect. The strawberries WERE DELICIOUS!!!.I feel like the photo on their website does not properly represent what I received. There are approximately 1/4 to 1/2 of the nuts and chocolate chips expected. I am very disappointed in my purchase.. Those are part of 58 Shari's Berries reviews. The latest review from Trustpilot - If I could give you less than one star I would. Not sure how a company so poorly run can stay in business. Let me say that when you outsource your customer service to a foreign country, it means you simple want someone to answer the phone. it means you don't care about your customers at all. I feel bad for the representatives because you have not provided them with the tools to do their job. My order for my mothers 90th birthday has not delivered after being told delivery times twice. Her birthday has passed and I still don't even know the status of the order.. There are 4 excellent reviews. 6 of customers rate great. But there are almost 48 of people rate bad.
