The latest review from Trustpilot - This is the first time we have ordered from this company...and it will be the last We ordered a quilt that was advertised on their website as being on sale at 25% off using a promo code. We couldn’t get the website to work so we placed the order by phone. We discussed the promo code and an agent said that it would be taken into account when the product shipped. I got a notification from Amex of the charge and there was no discount. Called again and was told to read the fine print that disclosed that Eileen Fisher products were not included. Got a confirmation of shipment that showed the product was being sent to the billing address instead of the shipping address that was given. We called and the answering service said that customer service was closed. We then emailed and the response was that the package was probably sitting on our driveway, ignoring the fact that it was in Virginia and not Florida. I sent someone over to our VA house and found the package on our driveway soaking wet from a rainstorm. I had her run it over to a UPS store and have the quilt re-boxed and re-shipped to us in Florida. Total cost was $113 plus $8 for the new box. Incredible incompetence and some dishonesty..
