I wish I could give it 0 stars it is so bad. I am in a wedding in May and the bride asked us to all order our dresses from JJsHouse in the color Steel Blue. I ordered my dress in Steel Blue and when it arrived it was the wrong color. The other bridesmaids received their dresses and they were all the correct color. The order confirmation says Steel Blue and the tag on the actual dress also says Steel Blue but the dress is actually a completely different color of blue. I reached out to JJsHouse TWICE and sent pictures to prove that they made a mistake and they said that it was basically my fault because "the computer screen may make colors look different than they are in real life" they also only offered me a 40% refund for a dress that I paid $160 for! This company is ridiculous and now I have to order another dress from them because I need to have the correct color dress for this wedding. I wish that I didn't have to order from them ever again and after this wedding I will literally tell everyone I know to never order from this company. All in all, this is 100% the fault of JJsHouse and I am paying for it. If I could attach pictures in this post I would so that everyone could see how completely wrong the color of the dress is. To do the math for everyone, I received $54 as a refund from JJsHouse and I am going to have to pay another $160 to buy a new dress and PRAY that they send the correct color this time. So basically I am down $266 for THEIR mistake!!!! Absolutley ridiculous and customer support was no help. I tried to be nice and reach out to them for help before I wrote a bad review, but they completely dismissed my issue and did not take any responsibility for their mistake. Do not buy from this company ever.. There are 2315 excellent reviews. 104 of customers rate great. But there are almost 614 of people rate bad.
