I've purchased several items there, and returned a few of them. I never had any significant issues..Loved the help - Brian was a fantastic guide and helped me pick my first guitar. Looking forward to my second. BUT BUT BUT EXPENSIVE!!! But you get what you pay for..Good choices on guitars and accessories, but poor customer service. I bought a Martin guitar described being made from as Koa HPL, come to discover later HPL means plastic with fake koa imagery - like a sticker would have. The word Koa is used many times in their description, yet the word plastic never appears anywhere in their product information. The same plastic guitar I bought had 7 reviews (all 5 star) and all within a short one month period, oldest review 8 months ago,latest review posted 7 months ago, none since then, and not one of these 7 guitar aficionados had anything to say about the plastic or how it affected the sound. Seemed suspicious, and since I was honestly displeased with that model, I left a review saying so. Yet a month later and the review isn't online. They contacted me immediately after I submitted the review to remind me I could still return the guitar, so they received the review, but never posted it. I returned the imitation Koa guitar and bought something else. It was not an exchange, I returned the old one, and paid full price for the new one. Was told the refund would appear on my credit card in 3 days, its been almost 3 weeks and nothing yet. I called the 1-877 number, corporate blamed the local store, local store manager blamed an employee for the "oversight", but still no refund. Plastic guitars, lack of disclosure, cherry-picked reviews, abysmal service from top to bottom.. How do you fail so miserably at selling something so awesome and special as musical equipment?. There are 14 excellent reviews. 3 of customers rate great. But there are almost 62 of people rate bad.
