I am surprised to see so many bad reviews here. My order arrived in time and all the items were correct. The quality it as expected and I am happy with it.... Those are part of 19 Club Monaco reviews. The latest review from Trustpilot - Really poor customer service and I don't know what's wrong with their system... I was on a waitlist for a pair of pants that I had wanted but sold out in my size. I received an email a couple of hours later saying that the item has been available. Considering this I clicked the link on their email and made sure to order it right away since there was only 1 available and I assured it was the right pair of pants. I didn't receive a confirmation email till an hour later and when I checked the receipt it was for a completely different pair of pants? I then contacted customer service via email then live chat because I was afraid that the order would be sent out. I spoke to 2 different customer service reps and they told me they would cancel my order. Hours later I went on their live chat again to speak to someone to see the status of the order since I never received any confirmation. The third customer service rep I spoke to then told me that she just submitted a request to cancel it since it was still getting processed? It's not fair that I had contacted them earlier to cancel it and now I'm going to be stuck going out of my way to the post office to return it for their mistake!. There are 2 excellent reviews. 3 of customers rate great. But there are almost 14 of people rate bad.
