I’m only sorry that I did not look up these reviews on Trustpilot prior to ordering or I NEVER WOULD HAVE ORDERED FROM THIS RIPOFF PLACE. I am Plus Size and ordered from this place after seeing the nice selection of decent plus size swimsuits. I usually check out reviews on sites such as this one prior to ordering but dumb me did not do that this time. I placed my order online on May 25th with thinking I would receive my new swimsuit and coverup in plenty of time for my vacation on June 10th. My first call was on May 29th as I still had not received an shipping confirmation email by that time. I was told that my order was “In Process”. I made a 2nd call on June 1st and was again told that my order was “In Process” and that my order would definitely be shipped out by the next day and that I would receive it by the time that my vacation came around with no problem. I called a 3rd time on June 2nd as still no shipping confirmation email received. I told the representative to go ahead and cancel my order and refund my $ as I sick of being lied to by this scam company. She claimed that she could not cancel it as the order was “ In Process”. On June 3rd, I got a shipping confirmation with a Fed-X tracking number. I looked up the tracking number on the Fed-X website. The label was printed at the same time of my call on June 2nd and no other updates since that time. Today is June 8th and the package has not even arrived at the Fed-X facility. The representative just generated a label to mislead me at the time. So convenient that the shipping label was generated at the exact time of my call. The scam shipping confirmation email I received was also messed up stating that 2 of the 7 items that I had ordered had been shipped. I only ordered 2 items but the email had an attached add on with 5 additional items that were someone else’s order. I called my bank on Saturday to dispute the charges and file a chargeback as my vacation is now 2 days away and my order has not even been shipped. I have also since seen in reviews about the shoddy quality of the swimsuits and scam return policy.,I just wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. I usually do look up reviews like these if I have never ordered from the company before before. I don’t know what possessed me not to do this time. I am also going to file a complaint with the BBB and may be contacting the Attorney General in Maryland. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of aggravation by ordering a swim suit from a reputable company like Lands End or Old Navy..
