Trustpilot calculated The Kooples US's score 1.3. The latest review – I tried to place multiple orders during their "archive sale" (sample sale). There was some kind of glitch every time and the transaction would not complete. I tried multiple times to refill my cart from scratch, tried on multiple devices, and still no luck. The first two attempts, it charged me BOTH times (the hold for each charge was eventually released automatically, after about 4/5 days). I called into customer service and the seemingly helpful rep. told me she would credit my account with $20 for the inconvenience. It didn't happen. I followed up with an email about the $20. Still didn't happen. Wrote to them on Twitter and Instagram, no answer on either. So I now missed the end of the archive sale and didn't get a single item that I wanted. There is no ticket/order number, because the order never finalized. The site will not let me finalize it. I get an error message over and over..
